These three bedrooms share a nearby fully equipped bathroom which has a shower/tub combo. The Master Suite features a King Bed, TV with both cable and Amazon fire tv stick, modern double vanity with two sinks, private water closet, Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower with glass doors and massaging pebble flooring, large walk in closet, a desk area and double French doors leading to the pool area. There is a high efficiency washer and dryer in the laundry room which also features a sink. The living room has a very large and comfy sofa seating area, 65" TV with both cable and Amazon fire tv stick. There are books, games and toys inside the tv stand cabinet. There is also a small table for children as well as a red arm chair chaise lounge that can convert to a small single bed as the back reclines fully. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, pantry, spices, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, dishes and so much more. The dining table has ample seating for 8 people, and there are 4 additional bar stools around the kitchen island. The open kitchen and living area are the heart of the home with views of the pool area from the French doors and windows. VILLA KALYVIA is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Kalyvia Thorikou in Attiki area often called the “Athenian Riviera.” The property has a privacy wall and foliage all around. There is an outdoor seating area with a Pergola for outdoor dining and lounging. The home has two very large bedrooms. The first bedroom has one Queen Bed and one Twin Daybed. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and one futon that can open into a full bed. There is also one rectangular foam/pouf that could comfortably sleep 1 child if requested in one of the bedrooms. The living area has a sofa which can be converted into a bed and has a modern minimal open kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a built in seating area and marble table in the kitchen/dining room that seats 5. The property brings about a sense of calm and privacy. There is a quiet remote controlled air-condition unit in every single room except the bathroom. The bathroom is a full bathroom including a shower with glass doors. All the windows are new and have electric powered blackout capabilities or fully open view for light according to your preference. There is another home on the property, which guests will not have access to, which will be vacant during your stay. The owners only use it when VILLA KALYVIA is not occupied by guests so privacy will not be an issue.
